I'm old and I don't hear very well. The speakers are not loud enough for me when using the clean channel. The lead channel gets perfectly loud. However, even though I like metal and similar music, I also appreciate non distortioned music. I have a need to hear the clean channel at a higher level.I sit within an arms reach from the device. It's hard for me to hear the effects although I haven't really fooled with the effects much, I have tried the reverb a lot and find the reverb to be disappointing. I don't use very much delay, phasing, flanging, tremelo, or other exotic effects. I do have a pedalboard with all those effects. One thing I have always wanted to see is an effects system that has all of the footswitches needed for all of the effects on a module to be placed on the floor. Then another module with the controls for the adjustable controls for each effect that could be placed on a mic stand or on desk or any other flat surface that is within easy reach and sight of the user. And speaking of sight, it is very difficult for me to see the labels on the Jam Buddy. I still like the device though. It is easy to move around and connect to. I wish the Bluetooth could transmit as well as recieve so I could interface with a remote bluetooth speaker that could produce a fullet sound than the tiny speakers on the Buddy.
The unit is amazing. Exactly what I wanted, but that’s not the main thing… Fivcil was an absolute delight to deal with, and even though it came straight from China, I did receive it way before the people who ordered it through other sites and/or services. Thanks guys, and highly recommend.
Wow!!!! I can't believe this quality of tone coming from such small speakers. This could easily be used in a professional mix if you run out of the output to your interface.

The design is spiffy, but it feels a bit cheap and came in a partially cracked hard plastic box. It's a really neat product, but I wouldn't purchase anything from this company in the future.
